Input/output port card (8 x GPIO) - MUMIO dev. #00

8-bit input output bus - equivalent to GPIO in Arduino-type microcontrollers. It can work as a parallel communication port. The ports can be controlled by simple IN and OUT commands in BASIC.

Each card can have an address programmed from 0-255, using an 8-bit dip-switch located on the board. Many cards can be connected in series - each with a different I/O address.

The card is a platform on which other MUMIO devices can be placed.

What is MUMIO?
MUMIO is the equivalent of Arduino peripherals, adapted to be controlled by the ZX Spectrum computer. These can be sensors, displays, motors, servos, relays, joystick interface, clocks, UART, USB, I2C, SPI interfaces and many, many more…

MUMIO devices are installed on the I/O card (dev. #00), and connected to the ZX Spectrum edge connector.
